Data Management

In accordance with the 2016/679/EU Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Processing of Personal Data and the Protection and Free Movement of such Data and Repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"), and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information ("InfoTv"), I would like to inform you about the data protection and data management.


1. Personal Data Manager

The personal data will be processed by the translator, Marta Erzsebet Winkler e.v. (2011 Budakalász, Scholz Ferenc u. 3., hereinafter: "Translator").

2. Registered Data

The following data of clients ("Clients") are registered and administered by the Translator:

a) Name,

b) address,

c) telephone number; and

d) client's e-mail address

These data are requested and registered for the purpose of contact and invoicing. If the client is a company, the following additional data must be provided:

e) company name, registered office and contact person, and

f) Tax number of the client

The Client agrees to the registration and administration of the above data by the Translator; the Client is aware that in the absence of the provision of such data, no contract agreement can be concluded between the Client and the Translator.

The client's data will be recorded electronically.

3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

The Translator will not pass on client data to third parties. The Translator's invoice shall only contain the information required by the tax authorities ("client's name, address, product, quantity, unit price, total price") and no other data suitable for personal identification. The data provided to the Translator for contact and invoicing purposes shall be kept strictly confidential.

4. Duration of Data Management

The Translator shall keep the invoices issued to the client and the client's data for 8 years.

5. The Client's Rights Regarding His Personal Data

The Client is entitled to request access to his personal data, their completion, the restriction of their management and their deletion; he is also entitled to initiate proceedings before the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, seat: 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C., postal address: 1534 Budapest, Pf.: 843, web: www.naih.hu, telephone: +36 (1) 391-1400, fax: +36 (1) 391-1410, central e-mail address: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or to take legal action in case he should doubt the lawful administration of his data by the Translator.
